NOTICE OF LANDOWNERS’ MEETING AND BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING
SEMINOLE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
TO: ALL OWNERS OF LAND WITHIN SEMINOLE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Landowners’ Meeting of the Seminole Improvement District (“District”), previously scheduled for Monday, June 1, 2026, has been rescheduled to Monday, June 15, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. at the Westlake Offices, located at 4001 Seminole Pratt Whitney Road, Westlake, Florida. A regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors will commence at 4:00 p.m. to address organizational matters.
This meeting is being held pursuant to Chapter 2000-431, Laws of Florida, for the purpose of electing one Supervisor for the District. Seat #1 will serve a three-year term expiring June, 2029. At such meeting, each landowner shall be entitled to cast one vote per acre of land owned by him or her and located within the District for the Seat to be elected. A fraction of an acre shall be treated as one acre. A landowner may vote in person or via proxy. Proxy forms may be obtained upon request at the Westlake Offices 4001 Seminole Pratt Whitney Road, Westlake, Florida 33470 or by emailing lladner@Inframark.com.
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The meetings may be continued to a date, time and location to be specified on the record at the meetings. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from the District’s Administrative Assistant, Melinda.Gallo@Inframark.com
Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings is asked to contact the District Manager’s office at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 711 for aid in contacting the District Manager’s office.
Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that person may need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
