REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Proposals for the East WWTP Solar Improvements Project will be received by the Evansville Water and Sewer Utility, Evansville, Indiana via email until 3:00 p.m., local time, on June 26, 2026. Proposals shall be provided via email to the contacts listed in the Request for Proposals. It is the submitters' responsibility to ensure electronic delivery of the proposal in a timely manner. Proposals will not be accepted if received after the time and date specified above. EWSU will send a confirmation email to the submitter once the proposal is received. Proposals will not be considered for award unlesssubmitted in the format described in the Request for Proposals. The Evansville Water and Sewer Utility (“EWSU”) issues this Request for Proposals pursuant to Indiana Code 5-23 (Public- Private Agreements). EWSU seeks proposals from qualified firms to design, construct, commission, and transfer ownership of an approximately 950 kW-DC rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) system at the East Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 1500 Waterworks Road, Evansville, Indiana. Proposals shall include a lump sum Base Bid, lump sum Domestic Content Alternate, detailed cost breakdown, cash flow schedule, and identification of ITC percentage assumptions. The Provider shall be responsible for all described in the RFP and supplemental documents pertaining to the Base Bid. The Evansville Water and Sewer Utility further reserves the right to waive informalities, and to select the most qualified provider, to the advantage of the Evansville Water and Sewer Utility, or to reject all Proposals. An Optional site walkthrough will be held at 10:00 AM, local time, on June 10, 2026 & June 12, 2026.
