Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by James W. Worley III and Sarah Worley to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Interlinc Mortgage Services, LLC., its successors and assigns, dated June 25, 2018 said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Autauga County, Alabama, in Book 05119, Page 750 . Said mortgage was subsequently sold, assigned and transferred to Amerihome Mortgage Company, LLC.
