BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 1st day of July, 2026 the following property to-wit:
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows:
Lot Six (6) of Block Four (4) of Homewood Place, an addition to the City of Alexandria, as per plat thereof by L.J. Daigre, Parish Surveyor, of date February 12, 1942, and of record at Plat Book 5, page 152, of the Plat Records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, said lot having a frontage of 63' on Hynson Street, and extending back there from to Lot four (4) of said Block Four in the rear, bounded on one side by Lot Five (5) and on the other side of Lot Seven (7) of Block Four (4) of said Homewood PLace Addition;
