Delta Health Center is accepting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Project Manager / Owner's Representative services for the Delta Health Center Greenville Clinic Project, a new approximately 30,000 square foot healthcare facility to be constructed at 1301 Colorado Street, Greenville, Mississippi. The selected firm will provide project oversight, coordination, procurement support, construction administration, and advisory services during the planning, design, procurement, and construction phases of the project. Firms may request a copy of the RFP from Lakeitha Lunford at llunford@deltahealthcenter.org. Minority contractors, sub-contractors, trades, suppliers, and vendors are strongly encouraged to participate in this project. Copies of business licenses, professional certifications, bonding, insurance, or other credentials, together with evidence that the proposer, if a corporation, is in good standing and qualified to conduct business in Mississippi, may be required. However, Delta Health Center reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. This project is partially funded through a grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and is subject to applicable federal procurement requirements.
