The Harborcreek Township Zoning Hearing Board will assemble on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Harborcreek Township Municipal Building, 5601 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek, PA to consider the appeals of:
Appeal No. 2026-11
Gerald & Jodi Bean, owners of property located at 3232 Hannon Rd, Erie County Index No. (27) 43-137-36; requesting to decrease the front yard setback from the required 35 ft. to 25 ft. for a proposed 40 ft. x 30 ft. pole barn. Property is zoned R2 Residential.
Appeal No. 2026-12
Adam Bandur, owner of property located at 3570 Backus Rd, Erie County Index No. (27) 63-208-1; requesting to decrease the front yard setback from the required 50 ft. to 16 ft. for a proposed 12 ft. wrap around porch. Property is zoned Agriculture.
This application can be reviewed at the Harborcreek Township Municipal Building, Zoning Office during regular business hours. All those desiring to do so may come to the hearing and be heard.
