Walker, LKA 3856 NW Archer Street, Unit 102, Lake City, FL 32055, and the Unknown Tenants at 8 Robertson Drive, Heath, OH 43056: Take notice that on March 13, 2026, Plaintiff, Roy Van Atta, the Licking County Treasurer, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2026 CV 00372, in the Licking County Common Pleas Court, 1 Courthouse Square, Newark, Ohio 43055. The Complaint requests that the Court issue an order finding that the Plaintiff has the first and best lien in the amount of all delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and interest having accrued on the real property and the manufactured home subject to this action, 7 Robertson Drive, Heath, OH 43056 and 8 Robertson Drive, Heath, OH 43056, known as Parcel Numbers 073-333594-00.000 and 073-333606-00.000, and the manufactured home on the property is known as Auditor’s Account Number 073-03506. The Complaint further requests that the Court issue an order that such liens be foreclosed and the subject real property and manufactured home be sold by the Sheriff. Finally, the Complaint requests that the Plaintiff recover all costs of this action.
