PUBLIC NOTICE Hilton Columbus Downtown Request for Proposal: Valet Parking and Bell Services   Hilton Columbus Downtown, 401 & 402 North High Street, Columbus is seeking submittals from firms interested in providing Valet Parking and Bell Services for overnight guests, banquet events, restaurants, clients and other visitors at the adjacent GCCC Ohio Center Garage, 400 North High St. and Vine St Garage, 37 Vine Street.   The Hilton Columbus Downtown features 1000 guest rooms, 75,000 SF of meeting space and four F&B outlets. The hotel is operated by Hilton Management, LLC under management agreement with the Franklin County Convention Facilities Authority (FCCFA).   Hilton will consider submittals from all Vendors, which represent and warrant to Hilton that its services, staffing and capabilities are adequate and sufficient to satisfactorily provide the contracted services in a continued, uninterrupted and efficient manner to meet the highest applicable industry standards consistent with an upscale hotel in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.   Proposals to provide Valet Parking Services will be received by Hilton until 5pm Wednesday, July 15, 2026. Sealed proposals are to be delivered to: Bill Clark, Director of Finance, Hilton Columbus Downtown, 401 North High Street, Columbus, OH 43215. Please mark the package: “Valet Parking Services Bid”   To assist with the selection process, the following information should be included in the submitted proposal:   1. Vendor profile including history, related sales volume, trade and credit references documenting reputable operation with solid track record. 2. Cost of services offered to meet hotel’s needs. 3. Quality of guest experience. 4. Account management capabilities. 5.
