By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Delaware Circuit Court 5 of Delaware County, Indiana, in Cause No. 18C05-2601-MF-000007 wherein First Merchants Bank was Plaintiff, and Megan Wells, Shaun Wells and MINA Group, LLC were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8th day of July, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Delaware County, Indiana.
