NOTICE OF LETTING  Notice is hereby given that the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Muncie Sanitary District, Muncie, Indiana will on the 8th day of July 2026 receives bids for the purchasing of the following:  Furnishing and delivering liquid aluminum sulfate to meet removal of phosphorus requirements of the Muncie Water Pollution Control Facility.  Bids must be submitted on forms prescribed by law. Bid documents and specifications may be obtained from the Superintendent of the Muncie Water Pollution Control Facility at 5150 W. Kilgore Ave., Building # 4, between the hours of 7:00 am-3:00 pm. Bids must be sealed and submitted at the Muncie Sanitary District Administrative Office at City Hall, 1st floor, 300 North High Street, on or before the hour of 11:00 a.m. on July 8, 2026  Bids must be accompanied by either a certified check, bank draft or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder with a surety company in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the total bid submitted payable to the Muncie Sanitary District.  The Board of Sanitary Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive any irregularities in bidding.  Board of Sanitary Commissioners  Muncie Sanitary District  Muncie Indiana  Adam Leach, President MNI-06/01,06/08/2025-12350885
