NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Delaware County, Indiana, in Cause No. 18C05-2601-MF-000006 wherein Ball State Federal Credit Union was Plaintiff, and Jacob P. Davis, Audrea M. French, Ball State Federal Credit Union, Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority and SMS Finance DBA Cash Stop were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder on the 8th day of July, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Delaware County, Indiana.
The East Half of Lots Numbered 33, 34, 35 and 36 in the Town of Reed's Station, Delaware County, Indiana. Also, the South 25 feet of vacated Washington Street adjacent to the East Half of said Lot 33.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
