THIS MATTER, having come before the court on May 6, 2026, in the presence of Jeffrey Alan Kerstetter, Esq., attorney for the plaintiff, and it appearing that the plaintiff and the defendant were married, and it appearing that the defendant was properly served via publication upon leave of the court and default subsequently entered, and jurisdiction having been acquired over the parties pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2A :34-10, - I I and/or -12, and the plaintiff having pleaded and proved a cause of action for divorce under N.J.S.A. 2A:34-2. and findings of fact and conclusions of law having been placed on the records as of this date and incorporated herein by reference, and for good cause shown;
lt is on this 6th day of May, 2026.
ORDERED and ADJUDGED, that. pursuant to the statute and proofs in such case made and provided, the marriage between the parties be, and the same, is hereby dissolved, and the pa1ties are divorced from the bonds of matrimony; and it is further ORDERED as follows:
1. Each party shall retain any and all debts held solely in his or her name and shall indemnify the other party as to any such debt, holding him or her harmless as to same; and
2. Neither party shall pay alimony to the other.
3. Each party shall retain, free from any claim the other may have been able to assert, all personalty and property held solely in his/her name.
