WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Mortgage from TONY ESTLE GILLASPY, AN UNMARRIED INDIVIUDAL to ARGENT MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC, on 05/10/2005, said Mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Montgomery County, Alabama, on 05/13/2005 Book 3093, Page 0596, Montgomery County, Alabama Records, said Mortgage having subsequently been transferred and assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee, for Park Place Securities, Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-WCW2, by instrument recorded in the aforesaid Probate Office; notice is hereby given that the undersigned Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee, for Park Place Securities, Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-WCW2, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the courthouse 251 South Lawrence Street, Montgomery, AL 36104, Montgomery County, Alabama, on 07/21/2026, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Montgomery County, Alabama, to-wit:
