NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS AND LEAD INSPECTORS WICOMICO COUNTY HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAMS – SFY 2026   The Wicomico County Department of Planning, Zoning and Community Development hereby gives notice to any contractor with a Maryland Home Improvement’s License, certified in Lead Abatement, and EPA certified, certified Renovation, Repair, Roofing, and Painting Renovator with an interest to be placed on a contractor’s notification list for participation in the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation Program or the Single Family Housing Programs, to please register with the Department in writing or by calling 410-548-4860 on or before June 10, 2026. Contractors shall provide their company name, address, telephone number, contact person, insurance verifications, as well as a copy of the Maryland Home Improvement License Number, County Plumbers Number, and Electrical License Number. If a contractor is interested in bidding on lead projects, they must provide all required lead certifications. minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to register.
