CHERRY HILL TOWNSHIP TAX OFFICE TAX SALE ADVERTISEMENT   LEGAL NOTICE   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to P.L. 2025, c. 72 (N.J.S.A. 35:3-1 et seq.), effective March 1, 2026, the Township of Cherry Hill designated its official website as the primary location for the publication of all legal notices, advertisements, and public notices required by law.   TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Township’s 2026 annual tax sale will take place on June 29, 2026, and the complete list of all properties subject to said tax sale may be obtained or viewed by the public on the Township’s official website at: http://www.chnj.gov/publicnotices   TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Township’s official website is deemed the official publication medium for legal notices in accordance with New Jersey law and nothing contained herein shall be construed as a waiver of the Township’s right to publish any and all public notices solely on its official website.
