REGARDING PROPOSED SERVICE CHARGES AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE FOLLOWING FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICTS: San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, Flood Control Zone 9, Flood Control Zone 10, Water Investigation Zone 2, San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency Assessment Fund, and Mokelumne River Water and Power Authority:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors, who as governing body for the above named special districts and County service areas within San Joaquin County, adopted Chapter 3, Division 3, of Title 5 of the Ordinance Code of San Joaquin County (commencing with Section 5-3300) and Chapter 9, Division 6, of Title 5 of the Ordinance Code of San Joaquin County (commencing with Section 5-6800), which provides for the levy and collection of service charges and assessments for services provided by said special districts and county service areas.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors, as governing body for the above-named Water Conservation and Flood Control Districts within San Joaquin County, adopted Ordinance Code Sections F-3000 et seq., which provides for the levy and collection of service charges and assessments for services provided by said Districts.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, as specified in Section 5-3302, Section
5-6812a and Sections F-3030 et seq., of the Ordinance Code of San Joaquin County, reports have been filed with the Clerk of the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors concerning each of the above-named special districts or service areas for which service charges and special assessments will be imposed and collected on the County Tax Roll. Said reports contain a description of each parcel of real property receiving services and the amount of service charge or special district assessment for each parcel for 2026-2027.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said reports are available for inspection and review at the times during office hours at the San Joaquin County Public Works office, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Joaquin will conduct a Public Hearing in the Chambers of the Board of Supervisors, County Administration Building, Sixth Floor, 44 North San Joaquin Street, Stockton, California, to hear and consider all objections or protests to said reports and related proposed budget documents.
