NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please Take Notice that the City Plan Commission of the City of Marshfield, State of Wisconsin, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at 7:00PM located in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 207 West 6th Street on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026, at which time all persons interested or their Agents or Attorneys may be heard on the following matters:
1. Conditional Use Permit request by Shawnee Bluth for an exception to Section 18-106(4)(c)(1)(b) (Fencing Standards) of the zoning code to exceed the maximum height requirement for a fence in a residentially zoned district for the property located at 1210 West State Street (parcel 33-06928).
PUBLIC HEARING REQUIRED
2. Rezoning request by Tanner Boson of the Boson Company on behalf of the Boys and Girls Club to rezone the property located at 503 E Ives Street (parcel 3303216) from "CMU" Community Mixed Use to "PD" Planned Development, in conjunction with a property line adjustment to incorporate a portion of the existing mall development into the Boys and Girls Club parcel, with the intent to bring the combined property under a unified Planned Development district.
PUBLIC HEARING REQUIRED
3. Conditional Use Permit request by Michael Healy of BKV Group on behalf of the Marshfield Police Department for an exception to Section 18-35(7) of the zoning code to address the minimum pavement setbacks from the property line for the property located at 2500 S Central Avenue (parcel 33-03545B).
