NOTICE OF ACTION TO:
J.E. ROYSTER, whose present whereabouts and status as living or deceased are unknown, and if deceased, his unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, lienors, trustees, spouses, and all other parties claiming by, through, under, or against him; and
D.E. ROYSTER, whose present whereabouts and status as living or deceased are unknown, and if deceased, his unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, lienors, trustees, spouses, and all other parties claiming by, through, under, or against him; and
All Parties claiming interests, by, through, under, or against W.R. ROYSTER AND MINNIE M. ROYSTER, Deceased; and
All Parties having or claiming to have any right, title, or interest, in the Property herein described.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to real property located in Lake County, Florida, has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lake County, Florida, styled Selective Holdings, LLLP v. The Known Heirs of W.R. Royster and Minnie M. Royster, et al., Case No. 2026-CA-001231.
The Plaintiff is specifically seeking to identify and determine the status and interests, if any, of J.E. ROYSTER or his heirs, and D.E. ROYSTER or his heirs, together with any other unknown parties claiming an interest in the subject property and quiet title. The real property which is the subject of this action is described as follows:
Begin at the Northwest corner of the Southwest ½ of Section 13, Township 19 South, Range 25 East, in Lake County, Florida, run thence South along the section line 1593 feet for a point of beginning. From said point of beginning run thence East 374 feet to the West boundary of Haines Creek Road, run thence South along the West boundary of Haines Creek Road 30 feet, thence run West 374 feet to the section line, thence run North 30 feet to the point of beginning.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action upon Plaintiff's counsel, Amanda Boggus, Esq., CRAWFORD, MODICA & HOLT, 380 West Alfred Street, Tavares, Florida 32778, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before July 17, 2026, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
