NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgement of Foreclosure as to Count II of the Complaint dated April 30, 2026, entered in Case No. 2025-CA-5403 of the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on July 31, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described properties as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Unit 1, OAK RIDGE PLAZA, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1738, Pages 1495 through 1538, inclusive, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 23, Pages 36, 36A through 36E, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
