PUBLIC NOTICE   Please take notice that the Plumstead Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Plumstead Township Municipal Building, 5186 Stump Road, Pipersville, Pennsylvania to consider the application of James and Tammy Johnson concerning properties located at the corner of Groveland Road and Route 413, Plumstead Township, Pennsylvania and also known as Tax Map Parcel Numbers 34-004-112 and 34-004-105. The property is located in the Township’s RO-Rural Residential Zoning District. The current owner of the property is Michael Lauriha. The applicants are seeking a variance from Section 27-503.A of the Plumstead Township Zoning Ordinance to allow for a building coverage of 12.4% on lot 1 of a previously approved subdivision where 10% is permitted.   The applications and accompanying documents are on file for public inspection Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Plumstead Township Municipal Building.   Scott A.
