Taylor, Partition Referee, pursuant to an order of the San Joaquin County Superior Court: the Street Address of the property is 2031 West Swain Road, Stockton, CA 95207; Assessor's Parcel Number: 097-203-36; Legal Description: Real property in the unincorporated area of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, described as follows: “Lot 24 in Block 33, as shown on that certain map entitled, "Tract No. 302, Unit No. 15, LINCOLN VILLAGE", filed for record on May 22, 1952, in Book 13 of Maps and Plats, Page 120, San Joaquin County Records.” (Hereinafter, the “Subject Property”.)
Please take notice that the Subject Property is being sold by private sale by Matthew L. Taylor, as Partition Referee appointed in the matter of Richards vs. Belarmino, et al., San Joaquin County Superior Court Case Number STK-CV-URP-2025-6085.
