AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 6.01 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE CITY OF OAK CREEK AMENDING THE OFFICIAL MAP AFFECTING THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10670 S. NICHOLSON RD.

The Common Council of the City of Oak Creek does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 6.01 of the Municipal Code of the City of Oak Creek enacted and adopted pursuant to Section 62.23(6)(b), Wisconsin Statutes, creating the Official Map of the City of Oak Creek, is hereby amended so as to establish the exterior lines of planned new streets, highways, parkways, parks and playgrounds and to widen, narrow, extend and close existing streets, highways, parkways, parks and playgrounds, as more fully shown on the map attached hereto and declared to be a part thereof (EXHIBIT "A"), the same affecting the property located at 10670 S. Nicholson Rd. Oak Creek, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:
UNPLATTED LANDS BEING A PART OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWN 5 NORTH, RANGE 22 EAST IN THE CITY OF OAK CREEK, MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WISCONSIN DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

DESCRIBED LANDS HAVING AN AREA OF 541,768 SQUARE FEET OR 12.437 ACRES.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
