ORDINANCE S-52876 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CURRENT CONTRACT WITH PRATT AND WHITNEY ENGINE SERVICES, INC.; AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY CONTROLLER TO DISBURSE FUNDS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as follows: SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is hereby authorized to amend Contract 154937 with Pratt and Whitney Engine Services, Inc. to add and now exercise the option to extend the contract through June 30, 2027, and to add four additional one-year options to further extend the contract, which the City may later exercise (continuing the contract through June 30, 2031, if all options are exercised). The purpose of this contract is to purchase aircraft parts and provide maintenance and repairs for the Phoenix Police Department, Air Support Unit. The aggregate value of this contract will not exceed two million one hundred thousand dollars ($2,100,000), as authorized by Ordinance S-47735. SECTION 2. The City Controller is authorized to disburse funds for the purposes of this ordinance. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Phoenix this 20th day of May 2026.
