ORDINANCE S-52884 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH CULVPAC LTD DBA BAGS OF BAGS; AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY CONTROLLER TO DISBURSE FUNDS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as follows: SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to enter into a contract with Culvapac LTD dba Bags of Bags to provide evidence bags for the Police Department. The total contract amount will not exceed one million forty-one thousand six hundred sixty-seven dollars ($1,041,667). The five-year contract term will begin on or about May 20, 2026, with five one-year options to extend. SECTION 2. The City Controller is authorized to disburse funds for the purposes of this ordinance. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Phoenix this 20th day of May 2026.
