LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD Notice is hereby given that the Hopewell Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at the Municipal Building, 3336 Bridgeview Road, Stewartstown, PA 17363, on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., at which time the following application will be heard: Application # 2-2026, Richard C. & Ardelle L. Barry are requesting an appeal of the zoning officer determination regarding the position that a new land development plan needs to be filed to satisfy Section 27-202(1)(D) Use Regulations of the Hopewell Township Zoning Ordinance. The application also requests a variance to Section 27-202(1)(D) Use Regulations of the Hopewell Township Zoning Ordinance to allow more than one principal use to be placed on the same lot without filing a new land development plan.
