RESIDENT NOTIFICATION TO ASSESSOR In accordance with the provisions of Section 680 of the Pennsylvania School Code, the Board of Directors of the Wayne Highlands School District hereby gives public notice that every resident or inhabitant of the Wayne Highlands School District upon attaining eighteen years of age and every person becoming a resident or inhabitant of the Wayne Highlands School District shall, within twelve months after the happening thereof, notify the Chief Assessor, Wayne County Court House, of his becoming a resident or inhabitant. Any person failing within said period to notify the Chief Assessor shall, in addition to the tax levied by the Wayne Highlands School District, be liable to the said School District in a penal sum equal to such tax.
