NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2026, in the Eighteenth Circuit Court in and for Brevard County, Florida, wherein SENTINEL SECURITY LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and granted against the Defendants, PALLADIO DEVELOPMENT, LLC, YINAN ZHAO, or any parties in possession, in Case No. 05-2025-CA-19591-XXCA-B?, the Clerk of this Court, Rachel M. Sadoff, will at 11:00 A.M. on June 17, 2026, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Brevard Room of the Brevard County Government Center-North, 518 South Palm Avenue, Titusville, Florida 32796, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the real property situate and being in Brevard County, Florida more particularly described as:
Lot 5, Block 427, Port Malabar Unit Eleven, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page(s) 34 through 42, inclusive, of the Public Records of Brevard County, Florida.

Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
