27 Ash Street LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Hopkinton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. pursuant to the provisions of MGL Chapter 40, Section 15C, and Chapter 160 of the Bylaws of the Town of Hopkinton, Scenic Roads, on the application submitted by Brian Gassett, Gassett Building Inc., for work at 27 Ash Street, within the layout of Ash Street, a designated scenic road. The applicant proposes to modify the existing stone wall along the property by removing and rebuilding 20 ft. and 18 ft. sections of the wall, filling in a 26 ft. gap in a similar fashion, removing the entire cement cap, and extending the wall into Kathryn Drive for another 30 ft. The property is shown on Assessors Map U17 Block 35 Lot 0. The hearing will be held remotely via the Zoom meeting service.
