PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 20, 2026, the Planning Board of the Borough of Palisades Park (“Board”) adopted a Resolution of Approval granting Applicant, LEEMS Corporation, Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval for the property located at 21 Grand Avenue, further known as Block 505, Lot 1 on the Tax Map of the Borough of Palisades Park, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey (the “Property”). The Resolution of Approval approved the Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan to demolish the existing commercial building on the Property and the construction of a mixed use development consisting of two residential towers including a 19-story south tower and a 17-story north tower, containing 510 rental dwelling units with a 20-percent affordable housing set-aside (102 affordable units), and up to approximately 175,000 square feet of commercial/retail space at the podium level and structured parking below.
