BOROUGH OF PALISADES PARK PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF DECISION   Application Number: 25-SP15   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 20, 2026, the Planning Board of the Borough of Palisades Park (“Board”) adopted a Resolution of Approval granting Applicant, LEEMS Corporation, Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval for the property located at 21 Grand Avenue, further known as Block 505, Lot 1 on the Tax Map of the Borough of Palisades Park, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey (the “Property”).
