APARTMENT SECURITY
By virtue of default in a security agreement dated April 2, 2003, executed by Gene J. Sweet, Debtor, and in accordance with its rights as holder of the Security, JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association, by Victor Rawner, Auctioneer, DCA # 1224356 will conduct a public sale of the security consisting of 455 shares of common stock allocated to Unit J in Palmer Avenue Owners Inc. and all rights title and interest in and to a Proprietary Lease between said corporation and debtor for Unit J in a building known as and by the street address, 2299 Palmer Avenue, New Rochelle, NY 10801, together with fixtures and articles of personal property now or hereafter affixed to or used in connection with said apartment on the 25th of June, in the year 2026 at 11:30 AM in the Lobby of the Westchester County Courthouse, 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, White Plains, NY 10601, in satisfaction of an indebtedness in the principal amount of $34,168.50 plus interest, late fees, attorney’s fees, maintenance in arrears and all other advanced charges, an accounting of which will be provided upon request. Such sale shall be subject to the terms of sale, any existing tenancy, and the consent of and payment of all sums due, if any, to Palmer Avenue Owners, Inc. and/or their attorneys.
