In general, the major work items include: The construction of a new dog park at Damonte Ranch Park (located at 1950 Steamboat Parkway), where approximately 1,168 linear feet of new chain link fence and approximately 333 linear feet of new 1-inch waterline is to be constructed. The work will also include installation of new dog park agility equipment, a new water fountain, and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications. The Bidders attention is directed to Nevada Revised Statutes 338.01165 setting forth the requirements for the use of apprentices on public works which requires a contractor or subcontractor to comply with certain requirements relating to the use of apprentices on public works.
