NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Rockland on April 23, 2026, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-PR1 TRUST is the Plaintiff and HELENE EKLEN, AS AN INDIVIDUAL AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE HELENE EKLEN LIVING TRUST UNDER DECLARATION OF TRUST DATED 11/18/2011, ET AL. are the Defendant(s). I, the undersigned Referee, will sell at public auction at the ROCKLAND COUNTY COURTHOUSE, ON THE LANDING ABOVE THE VESTIBULE BETWEEN COURTROOMS ONE AND TWO, 1 SOUTH MAIN STREET, NEW CITY, NY 10956, on July 24, 2026 at 10:00AM, premises known as 54 GAIR STREET, PIERMONT, NY 10968; and the following tax map identification: 75.55-1-1.5 & 1054.
