LR-CM-PF-25-002 Sealed bids for the College Heights Area Roadway and Sewer Improvements, CDBG Project No. LR-CM-PF-25-002, Bid No.: 026-004 will be received by the City of Prattville at City Hall, 101 West Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067, until 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 14, 2026, and at that time publicly opened and read aloud at said location. A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Virtual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. via virtual videoconferencing. Anyone interested in joining the videoconference shall contact Lane Chatham lane@civilse.com prior to Monday, June 29, at 5:00 p.m. for instructions to join the meeting. Principal items of work are approximate as follows: Rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes, street resurfacing and related appurtenances. The entire project shall be completed in sixty (60) days. To be eligible for consideration, bids must be submitted on complete original proposals made available at Civil Southeast, LLC., 9086 Merrit Lane, Suite F, Daphne, AL 36526 or online by visiting the Civil Southeast, LLC plan room civilseplanroom.com. Purchase of documents (download or hard copy) is required to be added to the official plan holders list. No bid documents will be distributed later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled opening of bids. Civil Southeast, LLC is not responsible for 3rd party document distribution. Guarantee will be required with each bid for at least 5% of the amount of the bid (not to exceed $10,000.00) filed in the form of a certified check or Bid Bond payable to the City of Prattville. Bid Bonds shall include certification that the bonding company is listed in Circular 570 of the U.S. Treasury Department. Each bidder must submit with their bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to submit 100% performance bond and a 50% payment bond. Contractors are required to apply for all permits (City of Prattville local permit fees will be waived). Each bidder must be licensed as a Contractor in the State of Alabama in accordance with provisions of Chapter 8 of Title 34 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, and must submit with this bid satisfactory evidence of such license.
