NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Destin City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., at the Destin City Hall Annex Council Chambers, 4100 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida, for the following: RESOLUTION 26-15 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DESTIN, FLORIDA; CHANGING THE NAME OF A PORTION OF PINE STREET TO BLUE MARLIN COURT FOR THE SOUTHERLY PORTION OF PINE STREET LOCATED BETWEEN THE EXISTING BLUE MARLIN COURT AND STAHLMAN AVENUE AND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 300 FEET IN THE CITY OF DESTIN, COUNTY OF OKALOOSA, STATE OF FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Copies of the above-mentioned subject may be reviewed at the City of Destin’s Planning Department. The public is encouraged to provide written and/or verbal comments on the above-mentioned matters. All persons are advised that, if any person decides to appeal any decision made at any of these meetings, he/she will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, they need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (Florida Statutes 286.0105).
