Bids should be marked "Asbestos Abatement Project" and delivered to the York Suburban Education Center, 1800 Hollywood Dr., York, PA 17403. This Project consist of, but is not limited to, the following: Transite, Floor Tile/Mastic & Pipe Insulation  Contract Documents including Information to Bidders, may be obtained by contacting Cumberland Analytical Laboratories, Inc. located at 125 Frytown Road in Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17015 at 717-379-3782. A non-refundable check in the amount of $75.00 payable to Cumberland Analytical Laboratories, Inc. is required for each set of Contract Documents. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference which must be attended by all prospective bidders, will be held at 10:00 AM Prevailing Time on June 10 2026 at the York Suburban Senior High School located at 1800 Hollywood Drive in York, Pennsylvania 17249. No Bid will be considered unless accompanied by cash, a certified check or by a cashier's check drawn upon a bank authorized to do business in this Commonwealth or by a Bid Bond with corporate surety payable to the York Suburban School District in the amount equal to 10% of the extended bid amount.
