PUBLIC NOTICE – REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP No. OG/RT-2026-002 | Radon Testing Services The Oklahoma City Housing Authority (OCHA), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms to perform Radon Testing Services at Oak Grove Apartments 3301 SW 17th ST, Oklahoma City, OK 73118 (288 units, 119 buildings) in connection with a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) pre-conversion environmental review. Radon evaluation is mandatory for all RAD-converting projects under applicable HUD RAD supplemental notices; prior exemptions have been eliminated. This project is funded in whole or in part with HUD Federal Financial Assistance and is subject to all applicable federal requirements.
