PUBLIC HEARING
The Brewster Planning Board will hold a public hearing on WEDNESDAY, June 24, 2026, beginning no earlier than 6:30 pm in the Brewster Town Office Building at 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA. The following applications will be heard:
Case No. PB2025-06 MOD1: Owner GB Basswood Land LLC and Applicant NextGrid Basswood LLC have applied for a modification to Special Permit and Site Plan Approval Decision Case No. PB2025-06 issued pursuant to Brewster Zoning Bylaw Article X, Article XI, Article XII, and Article XIV proposing to expand the large-scale, ground-mounted solar array previously approved under said decision at 107 Cape Sand Way (Tax Map 131 Parcel 2), 0 Mid Cape Highway Rear (Tax Map 132 Parcel 15), and 0 Mid Cape Highway (Tax Map 132 Parcel 16). The site is located within the Industrial (I) Zoning District, and the Water Quality Protection District. The Planning Board will consider and potentially vote whether to grant the requested approvals.
Case No. PB2026-03: Owner/Applicant Cape Cod Dog Squad, LLC has applied for a Special Permit and Site Plan Review under Brewster Zoning Bylaw Article X, Article XI, and Article XII, for a commercial kennel/ dog training facility and one (1) security dwelling at Alexandra Avenue, shown on Tax Map 131 Parcel 18. The site is located within the Industrial (I) Zoning District, and the Water Quality Protection District. The Planning Board will consider and potentially vote whether to grant the requested approvals.
The applications are available for viewing in the Planning Office at Town Hall Monday - Thursday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm or Friday by appointment. Public comments will be accepted at the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted in advance of the hearing at the address provided above or by email to brewplan@brewster-ma.gov.
