Duca, as owner of 133 Beach Street, Marlborough, Massachusetts, and other Parties In-Interest Michael A. Duca and Anthony Duca, as heirs of the deceased owner, Josephine R. Duca, in the Central Housing Court, Docket No. 25H85CV000554 by the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, affecting the property at 133 Beach Street, Marlborough, Massachusetts. The Central Housing Court has appointed a Receiver, the Orders being recorded in the South Middlesex District Registry of Deeds in Book 85624, Page 258 and in Book 85624, Page 264. The Court has appointed Margate LLC as receiver for this property to make repairs to it because it was deemed to be in violation of the State Sanitary Code G.L. c. 111,§127I.
