Legal Notice Legal Notice The LACPC Joint Municipal Commission, with its member City of Pineville, will accept sealed electronic proposals to purchase up to three (3) semi-truck chassis listed below until 2:00 p.m. on June 19, 2026, through LaMATS e-Auction & Bid Services at https://lamats.easibuy.com. The City of Pineville intends to purchase one (1) unit. The LACPC intends to make available to its members two (2) units as piggyback purchases within a limited, designated period of time to be determined.   The preferred vehicle is a 2026 International MV607 SBA (MV607) that meets the bid specifications; however, the city may consider and score equivalent chassis that, in its sole judgment, satisfy those requirements. Because timely delivery is important, eligible proposals will also be evaluated on the supplier’s ability to deliver within a short timeframe. The city is requesting the specified truck chassis for self-installation or retrofit of an existing flatbed; therefore, the chassis frame must meet the stated specifications.   Following the proposal opening, the bidder’s name and truck make/model will be posted at https://lamats.easibuy.com. Bid prices will remain confidential until the final review and evaluation are completed under the stated criteria. Chassis found equivalent in function and price may be invited to a limited reverse auction for best and final pricing, to be conducted online in real time after June 22, 2026. Registered bidders with a qualifying vehicle offer will receive notice and participation instructions. Participation in the reverse auction is optional, and bidders may stand on their original price submission.   Complete bid specifications are available upon registration at https://lamats.easibuy.com. The City of Pineville reserves the right to reject any or all bids. R.S. 33:1334 to develop cooperative contracts and reduce procurement costs for its members and affiliates. Under the resulting purchase contract, the awarded supplier may be required to sell up to two (2) additional units of the same year, make, and model at the same price, if requested, within a defined period. Additional piggyback purchases may be permitted under Louisiana law solely at the supplier’s option.
