NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Washoe County, Nevada, will hold a public hearing at the County Commission Chambers, Washoe County Administration Complex, 1001 East Ninth Street, Building A, in Reno, Washoe County, Nevada on June 16, 2026. In accordance with the provisions of NRS 244.157, NRS 318.201, and Washoe County Ordinances, a report has been prepared proposing that delinquent sanitary sewer, reclaimed water, and north Spanish Springs floodplain detention facility utility charges be collected on the tax roll. The report includes each property with delinquent utility charges or connection fees and the amount of all delinquencies for each property. The Board of County Commissioners will consider the report, any objections to it, and whether to collect the delinquent charges and connection fees on the tax roll during a public hearing. The Board will hold the public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on June 16, 2026, in the County Commission Chambers, at 1001 E. 9th Street, Building A, Reno, NV 89512.
