To all interested persons and owners by descent or succession: the Estate of DENNIS CRAIG BELLMYER, a/k/a Dennis Bellmyer and Dennis C. Bellmyer: A petition has been filed alleging that the above decedent died leaving the following property:
An undivided fifty percent interest in:
Township 19 South, Range 60 West of the 6th P.M.
Section 8: North 37.5 acres of the E1/2E1/2
Section 9: North 37.5 acres of the W1/2W1/2
LESS AND EXCEPT that portion conveyed to Oren D. Rogers by Warranty Deed recorded January 31, 1928, in Book 684 at Page 3 of the real property records of Pueblo County, Colorado
