NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 29, 2026 in Case No. 2025-CA-000492 of the Circuit Court of the Fourteenth
Judicial Circuit, in and for Bay County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and DANIEL GLENN SOUTHARD and LIBERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants, the Office of Bill Kinsaul, Bay County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.bay.realforeclose.com,
beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 30th day of June, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 148, LIBERTY PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 65 THROUGH 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as 6600 Slabinski Lane, Panama City, FL 32404 together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
