Southern Coachella Valley Community Services District NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Southern Coachella Valley Community Services District has filed a Report of Charges and will conduct a Public Hearing on June 18, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. at the District’s office, 91-711 82nd., Avenue Oasis, CA 92274, to consider the Adoption of Charges for fiscal year 2026-27, for the purpose of defraying costs for providing Supplementary Law Enforcement Services within the District. Charges currently are based as follows: $1.00 per acre ($20.00 minimum regardless of acreage), plus $88.00 per commercial use and/or $66.00 per habitable living unit.
