You are hereby notified that you have 30 calendar days to demolish the structure. The 30 calendar days shall be calculated from the later to occur of: (a) the final date of this publication, or (b) the return of the receipt attached to the letter addressed to you from the City dated June 1, 2026. Your failure to perform the needed demolition will result in the City performing the demolition for you.
