PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Board of Adjustment (“Board”), created under and by virtue of the Shorelands Ordinance, Chapter 22, at Duck Creek Center, Public Works Department, 2198 Glendale Ave., Village of Howard on Monday the 22nd day of June at 4:30 p.m. on an appeal taken by Stephen Syrjamaki denying his request for a built retaining wall & patio within the 75 foot setback. Appeal was previously tabled. The property is located in the Town of Ledgeview, Parcel# D-2488, 3969 Gladiator Lane, DePere (“Property”). Appeal taken by Shane Garland denying his request for modifications to a nonconforming structure, based on findings that the proposed expansion exceeded the allowable limitations for such structure. The property is located in the Town of Scott, Parcl# SC-1602-5, 4217 Nicolet Drive, Green Bay(“Property”).

All persons interested in said public hearing and desire to be heard must either attend in person or provide written comments or documents. Information must be emailed to above email prior to June 18, 2026.
The Board will accept and review all previously received pertinent information relative to the above listed item(s) during open session of June 22, 2026, public hearing.
