NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 1, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025CA002738 of the Circuit Court of the NINETEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and CARINE DOSSOUS; JOEL APPOLON, are Defendants, Michelle R. Miller, St. Lucie County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.stlucie.realforeclose.com at 8:00 a.m. on August 4, 2026 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 1440, PORT ST. LUCK SECTION FIFTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 3331 SW Espanola St, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34953
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
