Public Notice-Request for Proposals Hansen RAD, LLC (Authority) will receive proposals for automatic door operator maintenance and repair services at Richard F. Stack Apartments and Wesley T. Hansen Apartments, Perth Amboy, New Jersey. This request is for a two-year service contract, renewable at the sole option of the Authority for two additional one-year periods or one two-year period.   Proposals will be received until June 16, 2026 by 2:00 P.M. prevailing time, at the offices of the Authority, 881 Amboy Avenue, PO Box 390, Perth Amboy, NJ 08862.   The written Request for Proposals may be downloaded from the Authority’s website, www.PerthAmboyHA.org. All contract requirements and requirements for the proposal are described in the Request for Proposals.
