NOTICE OF HEARING REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2025 URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN AND WATER SHORTAGE CONTINGENCY PLAN Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the California Water Code section 10642, the Board of the Ventura County Waterworks District (VCWWD) No. 1 shall conduct a public hearing to receive comments prior to adopting the updated 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP). The Boards of the VCWWD Nos. 1, 17, 19, and 38 (Board) will also conduct a public hearing to receive comments prior to adopting the updated 2025 Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP) which is prepared in conjunction with the VCWWD No. 1's 2025 UWMP and is intended to function as a standalone WSCP for VCWWD Nos. 1, 17, 19, and 38. On June 23, 2026, at 10:30 A.M., in the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, County of Ventura Hall of Administration, 800 South Victoria Avenue, Ventura, California 93009, the Board will hear and consider all comments, objections or protests, if any, to the proposed 2025 UWMP and WSCP. After the hearing, the Board shall adopt or modify the updated UWMP and WSCP.
