NOTICE OF HEARING ON REPORT TO PLACE CERTAIN DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER SERVICE CHARGES ON THE COUNTY TAX ROLL FOR COLLECTION FOR VENTURA COUNTY WATERWORKS DISTRICT NO. 1 (MOORPARK), AND 17 (BELL CANYON) FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 5473a of the Health and Safety Code, a report has been filed with the Clerk of the Ventura County Board of Supervisors to place certain delinquent water and sewer service charges on the county tax roll for collection for Ventura County Waterworks District No. 1, and 17, which describes the affected parcels of real property and the charge for each. A copy of the written report entitled “Report to Place Certain Delinquent Water and Sewer Charges on the County Tax Roll for Collection for FY 2026-27” is available for review at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, located on the fourth floor of the County Administration Building, 800 South Victoria Avenue, Ventura, California 93009. On June 23, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, County Administration Building, 800 South Victoria Avenue, Ventura, California 93009, the Board of Supervisors shall hear and consider all objections or protests, if any, to the Report. If the owners of a majority of parcels described in the Report protest the Report, the Board will not adopt the Report, and the subject charges will be collected separately from the tax roll.
