NOTICE TO PROPOSERS   EE-22 / GV-19 CONCRETE PAVEMENT REPLACEMENT & IMPROVEMENTS BROWN COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN   Sealed proposals will be received by Brown County Highway Department at 2198 Glendale Avenue, Green Bay, Wisconsin, 54303, until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud, for the Concrete Pavement Replacement & Improvements of CTH EE (Grant St) in City of De Pere and CTH GV (Monroe Rd), in Village of Bellevue.   Work under this contract consists of local traffic control, project layout, project surveying, project staking, erosion control, concrete sawing, removals, base aggregate, grading, compaction, proof rolling, concrete tie bars and dowels, concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, material testing and all incidental items necessary; excluding road closure, aggregate base for asphalt turning lane, shouldering for asphalt turning lane, asphalt turning lane, asphalt trail, signage, painting, striping and restoration.   This project is funded in part with funds from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WISDOT) Local Road Improvement (LRIP) program for county highways.   The Brown County Highway Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted, or to accept any part or combination thereof, to waive any technicalities, and to accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to Brown County.   Proposals shall be submitted on Brown County Highway Department forms and specifications, which may be obtained by accessing Quest Construction Data Network (QuestCDN) @ www.questcdn.com.   Any proposal submitted after date and time specified will be rejected.   A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the Brown County Highway Department in amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the quotation, shall accompany each quotation as a guarantee that if quotation is accepted, proposer will carry out provisions of proposal.   FOR: BROWN COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT   BY: Richard Piette                    Senior Civil Engineer   DIRECT CONTRACT QUESTIONS TO:   RICHARD PIETTE 920-609-0983 Richard.Piette@browncountywi.gov RUN: June 8, 15, 2026                WNAXLP
